Placing your order with CDman has never been easier!  If you have your quotation then you're ready to get started.

1. Order Forms

Download and complete our New Project Order Forms [.pdf format]. Our Order Forms are 'interactive' PDFs... so that means you open the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat and you fill in all of the required information right there on your computer. When completed you *print* the order forms and add your written signature where requested - then send us the completed Forms. If you have a quote we recommend you send that to us as well.

Fax the paperwork to us at 604.530.2909 or you can scan/e-mail them to us at orders(at)CDman.com.

Do you have a *deadline* when you absolutely must have your order? 
If "yes" then we need to know all the details as soon as possible. Learn more about our standard turn times.
 

2. Payment

3. Your Master

CDman requests that you provide your Master content on CDR (for CD orders) and DVD-R (for DVD orders). All client-supplied content Masters are considered to be received in ‘final form’ - this means that they are ready to manufacture as supplied. Never send originals – always keep your originals for safe-keeping. Only send us copies of your originals.

4. IPR Form

The Intellectual Property Release Form (IPR Form) is included in your CDman New Project Order Forms. This is an industry standard requirement where you declare if you own the content on your Master, or if you have permission to reproduce the content on your Master.

5. Artwork Files

Artwork issues are the #1 reason for order delays and extra charges. Please ensure that your artwork files are supplied on CDman templates and conform to our artwork specifications. Client-supplied artwork/design files are considered to be received in ‘final form’ - this means that they are ready to manufacture as supplied with no need for modification.
