Return or Reclaiming Of Production Assets
Reminder: Never send originals – always keep your originals for safe-keeping and back-up purposes. Please only send us copies of your originals.
For warranty purposes, CDman holds all supplied production assets as a means of verification should there be a warranty claim. Release of production assets within the warranty-claim time period voids the product warranty.
If you require your supplied Production Assets to be returned to you, please include this information on your Order Forms at the time of order – we will provide them with your finished product. Please note that, as aforementioned, this will void your product warranty.
Should you request the return of production assets after your order has left our facility we will make them available for you to pick up from our facility at your expense.
As standard procedure CDman will keep production assets on-file for a period of 12 months after the time of order. It is the sole responsibility of the client to reclaim any and all supplied materials during this timeframe, however, CDman cannot guarantee the safe-keeping of production assets and/or materials and we waive any responsibility for their loss or damage. After the expiration of the 12 month period CDman will dispose of any unclaimed/remaining production assets or materials.
