Begin With A Quotation

Every order should start with a quotation - it's important for order details and pricing to be confirmed before anything else takes place. There are two ways for you to get a CDman quotation:

• The first is to use our Quote Wizards here on the website - simply view our Product & Service offerings and enter the Quote Wizard information at the top of each page. When you're ready to order just print your web-quote and supply it with your Order Forms.
• You can also contact a CDman representative and get a custom quote e-mailed to you. When you're ready to order, print your Custom Quote and supply it with your Order Forms or you can just indicate your Quote Number.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping charges are not included in your quote. All products are quoted F.O.B. factory as per your sales agent. Please contact a CDman representative for a shipping estimate - you must supply your full address and zip/postal code to get an accurate rate.

Taxes

Unless otherwise stated in writing, applicable taxes are not included in your quote.

• U.S. Clients: Orders that are invoiced and shipped to a U.S. address do not pay Canadian taxes.
• Canadian Clients: GST is applicable to all Canadian orders. PST and GST are applicable to British Columbia (B.C.) orders.
