What We Need To Start Your Order
It's really pretty easy to get your order started - we need to receive just five items (which we call "production assets") from you - but please note that the start to your order may be delayed if all items are not received to our specifications and requirements.
- Completed CDman Order Forms (and a copy of your quote).
- Payment.
- Content Master and Back-Up Copy.
- Completed IPR Form.
- Artwork files.
Very Important - For All Clients:
- Never send originals – always keep your originals for safe-keeping. Please send us copies of your originals. CDman cannot guarantee the safe-keeping of your assets during transit or at any stage of the production process, and we waive any responsibility for loss or damage of supplied material.
- Clearly identify all production assets with your name, your telephone number and your CDman Quote # (if applicable).
- Make sure you package your production assets in a manner than will properly protect them during shipping. If we receive damaged goods we cannot start your order.
- We do not recommend you ship your production assets to us via regular postal mail as there is no guarantee when the goods will arrive. Please use a courier such as Fedex and always get a tracking number so you can trace your shipment.
- CDman will not accept C.O.D. shipments or items that require payment before they can be released to us.
Very Important - For U.S. Clients:
- CDman is located in Canada. When shipping your production assets to us you need to declare the ‘value’ of the shipment at LESS than $10.00 otherwise customs/duty charges will be added to the shipment when it crosses the border.
- CDman will not accept C.O.D. shipments or items that require payment before they can be released to us.
Order Cut-Off Time
The cut-off time for processing of new orders is 12:00 (noon) Pacific Standard Time on any regular business day. Orders received after 12:00 (noon) will be processed on the next business day.
