How Long Does It Take?

Allow 1 business day to process order details and payment. Allow an additional 2 business days to process artwork files and generate proofs.

*Standard Production Turn-Times:

• Bulk Discs: *7-10 business days after proof approval
• Discs in Standard Sleeves: *7-10 business days after proof approval
• CDs in Jewel Cases with Paper Inserts: *12 business days after proof approval
• DVDs in Library Cases with Paper Inserts: *12 business days after proof approval
• Discs in Digipak: *15 business days after proof approval
• Discs in Custom Printed Sleeves: *15 business days after proof approval

* : Standard production turn-times are estimations and are not to be considered as a guarantee. Standard turn times are based on business days after approval of proofs. Proof approval cut-off time is 10:00am (Pacific Standard Time) on any regular business day. Proofs approved prior to the cut-off time begins “Day Zero” of the production timeline. Approvals received after 10:00 (Pacific Standard Time) will have Day Zero begin on the next regular business day.  

Do You Have a Deadline?

If you have a deadline when you absolutely *must* have your order we need to know about it as soon as possible. Your Order Forms must clearly indicate your deadline date.

If your deadline date is *sooner* than what our Standard Turn-Time allows for you must get CDman approval prior to placing your order. A rush-fee may apply. Your Order Forms must still clearly indicate your deadline date.

Your Ready-By Date

Every effort will be made to fill orders within the timeline quoted at the outset of the project, however, quoted ready-by-dates are to be considered as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Though uncommon, delays can occur and CDman assumes no responsibility for any damages growing out of, or owing to, any delays.

We strongly recommend that you do not (A) schedule the release of your product, (B) book a product release event, or (C) schedule a trip until your product is in your hands and meets with your approval.
