Paying For
Your Order
CDman provides
4 methods for you to pay for your order. Mark your choice on
the Order Forms you downloaded in Step 1.
OPTION
1: CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Simply fill in your credit card information on your Order Forms
and you're good to go. The CDman.com domain is a licensed
subsidiary of Precision Disc Manufacturing Corp. Charges for all
CDman.com orders will appear on your statement as Precision Disc
(aka: Predisc).
- To
protect against credit card fraud, all orders that are
paid for by credit card must ship to the "BILL TO"
address on the credit card. If you require us to ship your
order to an alternate location you must call your bank and
ask them to add a "temporary alternate shipping
address" to your card. More details are written
inside the Order Forms so please pay attention to that
important information.
- American
Express Card Holders: Although we quote in $US funds,
American Express regulations dictate that Canadian companies
must bill in Canadian funds. Because exchange rates used by
CDman (on the day we charge your card) may be different from
exchange rate used by American Express on the posting date
(when you get billed), be advised that American Express card
holders may pay a slightly different amount (be that less or
more) than the invoiced amount based upon the fluctuation of
the exchange rate as aforementioned. If you are not prepared
to accept this variance please choose another payment
option.
- Clients
outside of the USA and Canada must make payment by
Bank Wire - see option #3 shown below. Credit Card payments
cannot be accepted.
OPTION 2: COMPANY CHEQUE, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER.
No personal cheques please. We accept Company Cheques, Certified
Cheques, and Money Orders. Please make all payments
to Precision Disc Manufacturing Corp.
OPTION
3: DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT (WIRE TRANSFER).
Please
e-mail payments(at)CDman.com to receive our Direct
Deposit Form --- replace the (at) with @.
OPTION
4: ON APPROVED CREDIT (O.A.C.).
Please note that
CDman is not a bank or lending institution. Credit terms are
available on a 'Net 15 Day' basis upon approval of a Credit
Account Application (please contact us for the applicable Form).
Allow two weeks for the review of your Application - approval or
denial will be based on the information submitted and the
timeliness of your references responding to our inquiries.
Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% per month fee. Unless you are a
well established corporation with lots of money in the bank
please don't apply for credit.
