Is Doing Business With CDman Safe?
We
have all heard alot of talk about whether or not shopping on the
internet is safe. The main concern of online shoppers is that
their credit card information will somehow end up in the wrong
hands. We do not keep credit card information stored on our website nor transmit your numbers electronically through the
Internet. Order forms which contain credit card information can
arrive to us via fax or through FedEx - keeping it private and
protected.
In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, the
credit card company will remove the purchase from your bill and
the on-line merchant is not paid. In the event that your credit
card number is stolen, the credit card companies do not hold you
responsible for any unauthorized purchases.
Product Warranty
CDman Disc Inc. stands behind the quality of our products
because your satisfaction is why we're in business. We warrant
that our products will be free from manufacturing defects or the
defective products will be either repaired or replaced.
What
If There's A Problem With My Order?
To put it simply, if you find a problem with your order please contact us right away and provide us with as much detail as possible. We then launch an internal investigation to determine the cause of the problem. We find that most problems with orders relate to either (a) supplied artwork files, or (b) the supplied content master. While it is very
rare that our processes cause discs to fail or artwork to print
incorrectly we do investigate all avenues to determine the root cause.
Note: Your supplied content master is considered to be in 'final form'. This means it is ready to manufacture as supplied - no requirement for revisions or modifications. We do not review the content on your disc. Due to this it is very important that you review your master thoroughly (from beginning to end) to ensure it performs exactly as desired. Any problem in the finished product that can be traced back to the supplied content master is NOT a manufacturing defect. Additionally, we recommend that you send us a back-up copy and
that you keep an additional back-up copy of your own for safety.
