Spot Colors On Paper:

If you wish to include spot colors in any paper portion of your job you need to keep a few things in mind.

• Your paper printing and press plates will need to be specifically quoted for spot colors. Usually there is an additional $150 per spot color added to your quote. Please call us at 1-800-557-3347 and mention you wish to be quoted for spot colors on your paper parts.
  
• On your order forms you need to declare the spot color name in section 11 of the order forms. Please see sample below:

Note that the order forms ask you to record the color number and location when adding spot colors to the paper parts. The slash "/" indicates "over" or "other side"

So: "4, 185, 1875 / 4, 1957" would print as: CMYK plus PMS 185 plus 1875 on one side and on the other side / CMYK plus PMS1957. A "4" always indicates 4 color process (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) and a "1" always indicates black (greyscale).
