I talked to you yesterday about the error in the printing and you gave me two options: reprint and repackage the CD or 50% refund compensation. I talked to my band and we have decided to take the 50% compensation. You can refund that to the VISA that was used for payment.

My hat's off to CDman for fulfilling my order quickly (and at a competitive price!), but I owe CDman an especially big thanks for all the help in getting the project together. From the extensive online artwork tutorial to the downloadable booklet and CD label templates to answering all my inane questions over the phone (at one point even referring me to a Vancouver prepress person, Paul { output@wysiwyg-pp.com }, who took the time to troubleshoot and solve my problem over the phone even though I'm not a customer), CDman has seemed less like a commercial venture and more like a tireless advocate for the hapless first-time CD project. My discs arrived safe and sound on Monday. That's a turnaround of just 18 days including freight time, which I think is outstanding! All of the printing and packaging looks perfect and the discs sound just like the master (of course).

You should know that while I was attracted by the low price quote from your web site, what really closed the deal was the help I got from the people you have on the phones. I called about 3 times with questions before I placed my order and the people I spoke with always had ready answers. It really convinced me that you guys have your act together.

I'm definitely planning on using CDman again for my next project (and hopefully a reorder of this one if it sells out).

As a new record company, we were very concerned about who to trust with our maiden voyage. We found CDman through the Internet and were struck by the attention to detail and the ease in which everything could be accessed, especially the price quoting system. After all was said and done, the CDs were turned around in two weeks, one week ahead of the original estimate, the artwork was reproduced perfectly, the pressings have been beautiful and (Hallelujah!), there wasn't a broken CD box in the bunch of 500! Well, needless to say we are sold and at this point plan on using CDman for all of our future pressing needs.
